YMCA Worcestershire is a local independent charity, as part of the wider YMCA movement in England and Wales; the largest and oldest youth charity in the world. We are a Christian charity with bases across Worcestershire and though we predominately support the needs of young people we aim to serve all members of the community regardless of faith, age, or gender.

Our primary areas of work are:

  • Family Work
  • Housing
  • Community Centres
  • Youth Work
  • Employability Programmes
  • Prison Work

The successful candidate will be an energetic and organised person who is passionate about young people making a difference in their local community.
