Hello, I’m Mike, Job Coach for YMCA in Redditch. I am experienced in supporting people who are faced with barriers to employment, education or training. I have a great passion to help people improve their self-belief, confidence and motivation. With an informal, holistically approach I am able to plan and assist a tailored journey to help people overcome obstacles they are facing.

Hello, My name is Craig Keegan and I am a Job Coach for Building Better Opportunities covering the Bromsgrove area of Worcestershire. I have seventeen years experience in supporting and coaching people from all different backgrounds with different barriers  into employment and training. I enjoy empowering people to realise their potential and to identify their strengths in order to move forward with their lives. Jamie McKenna (Middle Left)

I’m Jamie. I have worked at Gordon Anstis house since 2017, first as a development coach and more recently as a job coach. I believe that everyone has the right to thrive in our community and as a job coach I feel very privileged to support people on their journey.  I support people who are farthest away from the labour market to reach their full potential, weather this may be education, training or employment.
