Fundraising Manager

The role

Ready to make a real difference to the lives of young people? We need you! We’re looking for a Fundraising Manager who will lead on the development, coordination and delivery of YMCA Worcestershire’s fundraising activity. The role will focus on securing sustainable income through fundraising and community and corporate partnerships, while also strengthening the organisation’s profile, messaging and stakeholder engagement across Worcestershire.

About you

The post holder will be an experienced fundraiser and communicator with a strong understanding of the voluntary and community sector. Working closely with the Head of Business Development, colleagues and delivery teams, they will play a pivotal role in telling the YMCA Worcestershire story, evidencing impact, and building strong relationships with funders, partners and the wider community.
