Vacancy - Office & Governance Manager
Salary: Up to £35,000 FTE | Hours: 24–32 per week, flexible within core hours

We’re now looking for an Office & Governance Manager—a dynamic, detail-oriented professional who can provide executive support to our CEO and Senior Leadership Team, ensure excellent governance administration for our Board of Trustees, and coordinate the smooth running of our office operations.
This is a varied and rewarding role, perfect for someone with senior-level administrative experience and a passion for making a difference behind the scenes.
What you’ll do:
Provide executive-level support to our CEO and leadership team
Manage governance processes, trustee meetings, and compliance records
Oversee day-to-day office operations and coordinate events
Ensure professional and efficient communications across the organisation
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or similar senior admin role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Knowledge of governance and board administration
Confidence in handling confidential and sensitive information

Salary: £26,142 | Hours: 38/week | Location: First Class Nursery, Kidderminster
Due to an internal promotion, we’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Deputy Manager to join our wonderful nursery team.
At First Class Nursery, we’ve been providing high-quality childcare for over 25 years. We’re an OFSTED-rated ‘Good’ setting with a warm, supportive team, excellent staff retention, and a strong reputation in the community.
Your role:
Support the Nursery Manager with day-to-day operations and administration
Lead our toddler room, working directly with children and their families
Manage in the absence of the Nursery Manager
Support staff performance, training, and recruitment
Ensure the nursery meets all EYFS, Health & Safety, and Safeguarding standards
What we’re looking for:
Level 3 childcare qualification (or higher)
At least 5 years’ practitioner experience (2 years in a senior role preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Excellent understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and inclusive practice
