Vacancy - Floating Deputy Nursery Manager

2 of our nurseries are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Floating Deputy Manager to support the smooth running of both warm and welcoming early years settings. Working closely with the Nursery Managers and wider team, you will help lead daily operations, uphold exceptional standards of care and education, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment where children aged 3 months to 5 years can thrive. This hands‑on role includes supporting staff development, engaging with families, overseeing safeguarding and compliance, and contributing to the planning of inspiring learning experiences in line with the EYFS.

We offer a child centred curriculum, where children learn through play that is designed to meet their individual needs, inspire, encourage curiosity and exploration, engage them in their learning and help to develop them into confident little learners.
Applicants will have a sense of fun, and be willing to dress up, read an exciting story, sing out of tune, dance, be a dog, princess or a dinosaur on demand. An enthusiasm for getting muddy outdoors and getting messy whilst being creative would be an advantage.
