This month, our staff newsletter turns one year old! It’s the perfect moment to reflect on the incredible milestones we’ve achieved together. Despite ups and downs, our team’s resilience, passion, and hard work have made this year one to remember.
We transformed our onboarding experience with a new induction process and Bright HR, creating a smoother, more welcoming start for new team members. The launch of the Employee Council gave staff a platform to share ideas and influence decisions, our Managers’ Meetings were relaunched with a fresh approach, empowering leaders to drive positive change. Meanwhile, fundraising flourished with the GoDonate platform, several staff-led raffles, Yingo Bingo night, the “Letter from Santa” scheme, and two colleagues preparing to run the London Marathon!
One of the year’s highlights came when our youth team was recognised at the prestigious Youth Matters Awards, with Siana Beard winning Young Campaigner of the Year!
As we reflect on this year’s challenges and triumphs, we’re excited for what lies ahead. With the same passion and commitment driving us forward, there’s no limit to what we can achieve together. Here’s to another year of growth, and making a difference!
