Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? YMCA Worcestershire is looking for a skilled Maintenance Operative to ensure our sites are maintained to the highest standards.
🔧 What You'll Do:
✅ Perform repairs and refurbishments across our sites.
✅ Tackle cyclical maintenance to keep properties in top shape.
✅ Engage in tasks like plumbing, electrical work, decorating, and more.
✅ Be a vital part of emergency response and ensure health & safety always comes first.

📍 Location: Across Worcestershire
💷 Salary: £25,168 (full-time)
⏱ Hours: 40 (includes paid lunch breaks!)
