Vacancy - Bank Night Worker
Pay: £14.35/hour | Locations: Redditch & Worcester

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, caring Night Support Worker to work across our supported accommodation sites, helping young people aged 16–25 feel safe, supported, and ready for independence.
What you’ll do
Keep our buildings and residents safe throughout the night
Be a calm, reassuring presence when things feel tough
Offer guidance on housing, jobs, education and wellbeing
Work with other agencies to make sure our young people get the best support
Handle admin, safeguarding, and any challenges with professionalism and empathy

What you’ll do:
Plan and deliver engaging activities for children aged 3 months–5 years
Support all children, including those with SEND, to learn and thrive
Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
Work closely with parents, carers, and your team to give every child the best start in life

Due to an internal promotion, we’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Deputy Manager to join our wonderful nursery team.

Your role:
Support the Nursery Manager with day-to-day operations and administration
Lead our toddler room, working directly with children and their families
Manage in the absence of the Nursery Manager
Support staff performance, training, and recruitment
Ensure the nursery meets all EYFS, Health & Safety, and Safeguarding standards
What we’re looking for:
Level 3 childcare qualification (or higher)
At least 5 years’ practitioner experience (2 years in a senior role preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Excellent understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and inclusive practice
