Vacancy - Youth & Communities Cover and Admin Support
Are you passionate about supporting young people? YMCA Worcestershire is looking for a Youth and Communities Cover and Admin Support to join our dynamic team! 🌟
This exciting part-time role is perfect for someone who loves working directly with young people and enjoys the flexibility of supporting administrative tasks! 🗂️
🔹 Role Highlights:
Supervise youth club sessions for 8-16 year-olds
Help plan activities like workshops, arts & crafts, sports, and more
Provide administrative support (session planning, attendance, and impact reporting)
Support a youth-led programme and work with community partners 🤝
Work 10 hours a week (mainly evenings), with the opportunity for overtime during school holidays! 🌱
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience working with young people
Strong communication skills & the ability to build meaningful relationships
Passion for youth development and a commitment to inclusivity
Level 2 in Youth Work (or willing to achieve)
Full driving license and car access 🚗
