We are always keen to hear from those interested in working in our Early Years settings. There are often various qualified and unqualified roles available, in Kidderminster, Redditch and Worcester including sessional, part-time, full-time and term-time only positions.

We are committed to ensuring that our staff and children are well supported in our friendly and secure environment. We offer a child centred curriculum, where children learn through play that is designed to meet their individual needs, inspire, encourage curiosity and exploration, engage them in their learning and help to develop them into confident little learners.

Applicants will have a sense of fun, and be willing to dress up, read an exciting story, sing out of tune, dance, be a dog, princess or a dinosaur on demand. An enthusiasm for getting muddy outdoors and getting messy whilst being creative would be an advantage.
