This month, we’re shining the spotlight on someone who rarely receives the recognition she truly deserves. Since joining YMCA Worcestershire in September 2022, Dom has made an enormous and lasting impact on our organisation.
In just a short time, she has reshaped the HR department, introduced new systems, rebuilt her team, and supported major organisational changes — guiding us through challenges with care, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to our mission.
