With her bubbly personality and unwavering commitment, Michelle led the housing team in a yuletide miracle, organising a dazzling Tombola and securing generous donations. The raffle’s success brought in an impressive £450 to bring Christmas magic to young people in our housing services. Michelle’s infectious enthusiasm made the holiday season Merry with a capital “M”! She didn’t stop there—Michelle also orchestrated a staff gathering, ensuring joy extended to all. Colleagues describe her as a Christmas fairy, sprinkling joy wherever she goes.
