For over 25 years, our Willow Trees Community Centre has been a cornerstone of the local community, offering a welcoming space for all. From family fun days and Christmas fairs to bingo nights, the centre has long been a gathering place where people come together to connect and celebrate.

Beyond the events, Willow Trees supports the community in meaningful ways. It hosts a wide range of activities, including youth clubs, fitness classes, educational groups, and the recently relaunched Parent & Child Stay and Play group. Their free children’s book collection encourages reading in young families, and the sensory room provides a valuable resource for those who need it. The centre is also committed to improving local health, hosting free NHS health checks and a space for fitness classes that encourage people to stay active. A recent addition to its services is a food bank, set up in partnership with Friends of Isaac’s Food Bank CIC, helping local families access essential supplies during tough times.

We at YMCA Worcestershire are incredibly proud of the work that happens at Willow Trees and the essential role it plays in the lives of so many. As it continues to grow and support the community, it remains a true example of what a community hub should be—supportive, inclusive, and ever-evolving to meet local needs.
