Thanks to the NatWest Herefordshire & Worcestershire Commercial Team
Last week, we were delighted to welcome a fantastic group from the NatWest Herefordshire & Worcestershire Commercial Team, who generously volunteered their time to give one of our corridors at Willow Trees Community Centre a much‑needed refresh. Their hard work — and fresh coat of paint — has made an immediate and uplifting difference to the space.
For charities like YMCA Worcestershire, practical maintenance tasks often take a back seat. With limited resources and increasing pressures on our services, our priority is always the people who rely on us. Jobs like repainting corridors can easily slip down the list, even though we know how much they help to create warm, welcoming environments.
That’s why support like this means so much. It’s not just about brightening up walls — it lifts the spirits of our staff, volunteers, and everyone who walks through our doors. Acts of kindness like these remind us that community is built through care, generosity, and people stepping forward to make a difference.
We are incredibly grateful to the NatWest team for rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in. Their contribution has transformed the corridor — and left us with a renewed sense of motivation and positivity.
If your business or organisation would like to donate time, skills, resources, tools, or financial support, we would love to hear from you. Every contribution, big or small, helps us keep our community spaces thriving and welcoming.
