Kate joined the Squirrels Nursery, Redditch team in late October 2023, seamlessly integrating into the environment. Regarded as a superstar by her managers, she effortlessly fosters wonderful connections with both infants and parents alike. Her willingness to assist knows no bounds, showcasing her dedication to supporting the local community. Kate says “I work in the Little Acorns room and I absolutely love it! All the staff have been absolutely fabulous and management are lovely and extremely supportive. I have worked with children for over 10 years and still enjoy every minute of it. I find it extremely rewarding watching the children grow both in confidence and ability. When I’m not at work I enjoy spending my time with my family, doing DIY projects and enjoying time outdoors. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at the YMCA for helping me to settle in and quickly feel like part of an amazing team.”
